| How to post a product |
|
You
can post upto ten products at a time. Posting a product let
other members and visitors view what you are selling at which
prices. Posting a product is as easy as it can be.
- After login, click on Post Product.
- In product information form, select the category in
which you think that product lies. These are the categories
you selected at the time of registration.
- After filling the form, submit it and then in the next
step select the image for your product. Click on submit
after selecting the image file.
- We recommend that you should upload an image file according
to the given size.
- If you don't have any image, just click on Finish without
selecting a file.

| Posting trade events |
|
We
offer a service to our members, so they can tell visitors
about their upcoming trade events like annual fare, etc. Events
can be viewed by clicking on Events link given at the top
of page. Posting an event is a single step process.
- First login if you are not, then click on post events.
- Fill up the events posting form and click on submit.

| Editing and deleting
a product |
|
You can
edit and delete your products any time you want. To edit a
product, click on My Products under Selling Activities. A
list of your products will appear.
- You can change the price and activation of as many products
at a time as you want. Just change the values and click
on Save All button.
- If a product is not active, it will never be displayed
towards the visitors. Activation is used if you want others
not to view that product for a certain period of time.
- Click on Edit Details to change product's title, description
and/or it's image.
- Remove button will completely delete the product.

|
Submitting
your requirements as a buyer is a major service of eMarketPlanet.com.
So other members can view what you want and in which desired
price.
- Click on Post Requirement.
- Submit the filled requirement form.

| Removing your requirements |
|
You
can delete your posted requirement any time. You can also
change its activation if you want it to be invisible for a
certain period of time.
- Click on My Requirements.
- Delete will permanently remove the entry.
- Set the activation On or Off and click Save All.

| Message board and contacts
list |
|
From message
board, you can read and reply to the messages and enquiries,
that other members sent to you. You can easily recognizes
new messages. Read the message and send a reply.
You can manage your contacts list. A contact
list is helpfull in sending the same message or enquiry to
more than one members. Read next topics for more information
on contacts list. |

| Adding, removing
contacts in your contacts list |

When
you browse our marketplace, there is a link of 'Add to my
contact list'. It will add that particular member to your
contacts list. You have to login first if you are not logged
in. |

other members |

When
you view a company/member details in our marketplace, there
is a link of 'Click here to send a message'. After clicking
that link, type your subject and message and click the 'Send'
button. You have to login first if you are not logged in. |

using your contacts list |

Go to Contacts
List in MyPlanet. If there are no contacts, follow the procedure
in 'Adding, removing contacts in your contacts list'.
- Select the members.
- Type your subject and message.
- Click on Send button.

To edit
your profile, check the link of Edit Profile under Your Profile.
Make any changes you want and submit that updated profile. |

| Change your password |
|
Click on
the Change Password link under Your Profile. Here you can
change your login password
- Type your old password.
- Then enter your new password and also confirm that. then
click on Change button.

| Update your registered
categories |
|
It is
very important to select right trade categories when you register
yourself. But you can change those categories any time after
registration. Go to Update Categories link. It will show all
the categories and you will find those categories selected,
in which you are registered. Make your changes and click on
Submit button. |

You can
create a FREE homepage and edit it any time, here at eMarketPlanet.com.

Creating or editing you homepage is devided in three easy
steps.
- In the first step, enter the text description that you
want to appear in your web page. Then complete the URL
of your homepage. Anyone can browse your homepage with
this URL.
- In step 2, select an image for your company's logo.
- In the next and last step, you have to enter title,
description and keywords for your page. This information
will be helpfull for search engine optimization. Follow
the instructions on the page for entering right information.
And then finish your homepage. The URL of your homepage
is now showing in My Planet.
